What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located under the available sizes for each of our products.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay Pal and After Pay payment methods. We also accept Ed & Al gift cards.

What currency are your products in?
All items are listed in New Zealand dollars.

Do you gift wrap parcels?
Yes, we definitely do! At the checkout cart you can select to add on gift wrapping for an additional $5.00. We will wrap your parcel beautifully in tissue, followed by paper with a bow around it. We will also provide an Ed & Al gift card. Please include in notes what you would like written on the gift card. If your purchase is being sent to a giftee then we will send you an invoice via email and leave it out of the package.
